Age and participation
- JOYND MVP is intended for adults aged 18 and above.
- Anonymous/random chat is not a JOYND feature.
- Room/Intent chat unlocks only after appropriate membership/approval.
- Users can see relevant participant information before joining, including group composition where product rules allow.
- Users can leave a Intent and hosts can manage members within the rules.
Real-world safety
- JOYND's safety controls do not amount to a guarantee of real-world safety.
- Users should report suspected fraud, threats, harassment, sexual misconduct, exploitation or other serious safety concerns through JOYND's reporting/support channels and, where appropriate, contact local emergency or law-enforcement services.
- Users should not share passwords, financial credentials, OTPs or unnecessary sensitive personal information with other users.
- Users should use reasonable precautions, especially for first-time meetings: use appropriate public venues, tell a trusted person where they are going, keep control of personal belongings and leave if they feel unsafe.
- A user's decision to request to join, accept another user, meet offline or participate in an activity is voluntary.
- JOYND facilitates connection and coordination; it does not guarantee that a person is genuine, safe, suitable or truthful.
